The online inquiry process to Customer Service has changed! You will now use a new feature in NaviNet called Claim Investigation to submit an inquiry regarding a claim. Simply log in to NaviNet, perform a Claim Status Search, and look for the new “Investigate” button at the top of your Claim Status Results page.
